Sacred Heart Elementary School has a School Board which is an advisory body to the Pastor, the Principal, and the Parish Council. The Board consists of the Pastor, the Principal, the current Chairperson of the Education Committee of Parish Council, the current PTG President, the Athletic Association President, one faculty member elected by the faculty, and six members appointed by the Chairperson upon consultation with the Pastor.

The Board has established a Planning Committee with six subcommittees—finance, recruitment and retention, physical plant, technology, and extracurricular programming. Those parents committed to helping Sacred Heart continue its tradition of excellence are invited to serve on the committee.
